Do i need to register to place an order

No you don’t, you can purchase as a “guest” if you prefer. However registering is FREE and enables you to be the first to know about special offers and discounts

Where is my order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. We send all orders via Royal Mail delivery, Please allow 1-5 days delivery,Any problems please drop us an email on info@customkinguk.com – quoting your order number

Can i cancel my order

You can cancel your order at any time until you receive a “order shipped” email,unfortunately because of the nature of the bespoke products on sale you cannot cancel after this time.

How can i pay

We use Paypal and Stripe to handle all our payments. The PayPal  and Stripe site is highly secure, they use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

Through Stripe and Paypal you can pay via Credit or Debit card,We also offer Cash On Delivery

Is Our Website Secure

Our website is PCI compliant, this means we do not store any payment information, and all the channels we use to process payments Paypal and Stripe are completely secure.

Delivery

How long does delivery take

Please refer to the delivery section for our estimated delivery times. As a rule, mobile phone cases take approximately 2-3 working days to be dispatched.

How much is delivery

UK delivery is FREE on all orders. Rest of the world delivery is £3.20

Can you post my order to a different delivery address

Yes, simply check the “SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS” box on the checkout page and enter the alternate address.

Returns

What are your returns policy

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on our mobile phone cases unless it is faulty/ damaged or you have received an incorrect order, as each case is printed to order.

It is customer’s responsibility to pay the postage costs for returns. In the unlikely event of the wrong item being sent to you, or if it is faulty or damaged, please email us on info@customkinguk.com and we will be happy to help!

I have received the wrong product
